Jacoby Consulting Management Ltd. provides all-inclusive management services to property owners who purchase property in Hungary for investment purposes and predominantly live outside the country.
- Daily operative management of residential property (holding keys, collecting mail, paying bills, being in touch with the building manager, etc.)
- Technical handover of property and signing over utility services upon buying the property.
- Organizing and managing tenants’ moving in and out (checklist of furniture and checking utility meters)
- Keeping contact with the tenant.
- Supervising and/or collecting rent and utility cost payments.
- Management of monthly building maintenance fee payments.
- Management of late payments and payment problems (initiating the appropriate procedure in case of non-payment)
- Checking of the property.
- Management of repairs that might become necessary in the property.
- Maintaining contact between owner and tenant.
- Furnishing the apartment if needed (choosing, ordering and arranging for the delivery of furniture, receiving and assembling furniture, cleaning and sending photos to owners)
- Management of refurbishment and renovation projects (assessment, planning new layout, removing walls, supervising electricity works, plumbing, changing of heating system, tiling, reparation/change of kitchens, bathrooms, doors and windows)
- Providing the owners with information regularly about financial transactions, income and expenses.
- Organizing major seasonal cleaning upon request
