Among the wide range of services we provide, our company is a leader in renting out property, which service we provide free for our tenants. Our office mainly specializes in renting out apartments in downtown districts of Budapest; and the tenants include businessmen, foreigners working in Budapest and students. The fact that the rate of rentals is continuously above 95% among the apartments we manage show the efficiency of our efforts. We pay special attention to the tenants renting the apartments we manage, and after signing the rental contract each tenant has a contact person on our staff with the appropriate qualifications, whose task is to help communication between the owner and the tenant, and servicing the tenant. Since we receive a lot of requests about property rental, we also rent out apartments which are managed by someone else.

For owners:
